Bad bad very bad. Made my payment on Sunday 1st of February and payment cleared to Shein distribution uk by Monday 2nd of February, after sending bank transaction to them at different time they are still requesting for more verification when shein had already and showing taking and cleared payment by shein distribution uk , my orders have not being shipped to me.

Very disappointing and awful service from Shein as they scammed me with a big amount and did not refund my money.

I ordered a wig from 9AM Hair at Shein. Unfortunately, a dirty, used-smelling wig was delivered.

Immediately, I returned it and requested a refund.

Just a day after I returned the disgusting wig, £8.16 was refunded instead of £54.43. I'm not going to let this slide until I am refunded fully.

Not able to get through to customer services and won't allow me to create a ticket. I have been trying for months with no hope.

Looking for a number and this is all I found. I received an item that came moldy, dirty, and broken but cannot contact the number.

No response or way to get through. Every time I try, it tells me it's not working service time, so apparently never.

I was supposed to receive my order since the 2nd of February 2026, but the parcel didn't get delivered, and today I got a delivery notification that my parcel has been delivered, and the price of the address isn't mine, so I am yet to receive my parcel, and I feel really sad about the whole thing.

I've been told by several assistants that my parcel got returned to Shein by the delivery courier Yodel, as my address was unclear, yet my correct address was on the system as I was talking to them. I am now just being fobbed off and can't seem to get any further on my refund. Total cock-up by both parties.

My missing order is package 1. It contains 5 items. Package 2 was delivered earlier, and I had it; it was just one item.

I want to dispute the refund. The gaming controller arrived in a box broken, and the console is not working.

I paid £31.67, and you are refunding me £4.97.

Why are you charging me for a broken item? Shocking.

I'm not writing anymore. I got five blankets I didn't order and three jumpers, one I ordered some weeks ago but didn't receive it.

I want this resolved and my money back. I unsubscribed before because of this issue and it's occurring again.

My goods have been delay for up to one week now, my address and contact is there please I need my goods

I am very angry as no one is taking the call nor responding to my email. So my issue has not been resolved.

Delivered to the wrong address and the picture clearly shows the Yodel courier left the parcel outside in the elements! Not even my address, and I was at home.

Highly disappointed.

More frustration as there are no human agents to speak to, only automations for both Shein and Yodel! This is definitely a zero-star rating!

Shein has put a block on my account for no reason. I tried to make a purchase yesterday and got a message: temporary freeze on account for irregular activities.

I have done nothing wrong. They have not responded to my ticket and will not answer the phone. I have £145.77 in my wallet and wanted to spend it.

I have also paid for vouchers. Please remove the block and help me.
