I ordered a wig from 9AM Hair at Shein. Unfortunately, a dirty, used-smelling wig was delivered.
Immediately, I returned it and requested a refund.
Just a day after I returned the disgusting wig, £8.16 was refunded instead of £54.43. I'm not going to let this slide until I am refunded fully.

Non delivery
I contacted Shein and told them I tracked my parcel as it's not been delivered. It was split into two packages; one I received and the other says it is at Hatfield terminal.
The tracking number says Yodel. I called Yodel and they said to go back to Shein as they never physically had the parcel, and so I contacted PayPal, who said Shein said it was delivered. I am being given the runaround as nobody will take responsibility. I am still out of pocket and cannot get a refund or my parcel.
My tracking info is still undelivered and at Hatfield terminal, and although I show proof, I can still not get the parcel or a refund, which is what PayPal is supposed to do: protect us.
But on this occasion, even given proof via tracking info, I still get told they have ruled in favor of Shein. So much for being a good customer to both...

Not able to get through to customer services and won't allow me to create a ticket. I have been trying for months with no hope.
Looking for a number and this is all I found. I received an item that came moldy, dirty, and broken but cannot contact the number.
No response or way to get through. Every time I try, it tells me it's not working service time, so apparently never.

A really bad experience
I was supposed to receive my order since the 2nd of February 2026, but the parcel didn't get delivered, and today I got a delivery notification that my parcel has been delivered, and the price of the address isn't mine, so I am yet to receive my parcel, and I feel really sad about the whole thing.

I've been told by several assistants that my parcel got returned to Shein by the delivery courier Yodel, as my address was unclear, yet my correct address was on the system as I was talking to them. I am now just being fobbed off and can't seem to get any further on my refund. Total cock-up by both parties.

Parcel going to be delivered to wrong address
I ordered two items one been received after going to wrong address . The second item ON:GSO15B23M000X3B TN:H023FA122522****.i have not received as yet.
I received an email to say the item has been delivered it has not. This morning i received an email saying that the item will be delivered to Clynder House on the 16th of feb. Dont know where that is my address is Appin Shore Road Clynder G840QA. I checked your website which says that it has been delivered it has not.
I then tried to have a chat with your customer services and to get a resolve on this I hax to pay a £1 crazy. I am so angry because the jumper that I have received I love and would more but too much hassle.

They need human agents
Delivered to the wrong address and the picture clearly shows the Yodel courier left the parcel outside in the elements! Not even my address, and I was at home.
Highly disappointed.
More frustration as there are no human agents to speak to, only automations for both Shein and Yodel! This is definitely a zero-star rating!
