My parcel has not been delivered since November. This is going to 3 months since I made this order.

No available customer service to call.

I cant event cancel the order. This is day light fraud

I ordered the 3-layer drawer jewelry box in beige. I just received my package and I have been sent the wrong jewelry box.

I have attached pictures from my orders of the jewelry box I should have been sent, and I have attached a picture of the box that I have received for evidence. Can I be sent the correct jewelry box, please?

Never received a package that is stated on my tracking for this item. I supposedly received it, but it is not in my possession at all; somehow, it has ended up somewhere else and I cannot get an answer.

I get the runaround from SheIn. I can't get any answers. I'm just left without a package or anything.

I received an email that my order has been delivered. The picture showed that the delivery man dropped my order outside.

I got home and couldn't find my order. I can't get through to SHEIN and no solution has been made about receiving my order. The delivery guy came to the house.

My goods can't be sent because it says it needs to verify my payment for the goods but ive sent proof and its not accepting it

I had earned 100£ credit on Shein by playing the game and completing the task, but when I was buying stuff, I couldn't because my account was frozen by the Shein customer service. I have emailed them a lot to fix the account as there is no issue with my account, but they didn't respond.

Meanwhile, my credit has expired!

I ordered 3 items from SHEIN online and I have received them but two items parts were missing. 1.

Purple-L and 2. Yellow XL .

Only tops of these items were received and the downs are missing. I have reported to the customer service through online chat but they couldnt resolve the issue.

I'm not happy with not getting answers about my complaint. When I order an item, I expect it to be exactly as the picture shows, unless it's stated otherwise.

I returned 3 sets of items on the 20th of February 2025. The seller refused to refund the money back to my ClearPay account.

I have been trying many ways to contact both Shein and ClearPay. The total amount to refund is about £55+.
